Cash on Delivery

Every AMRB order ships cash on delivery. You pay the rider in cash when the parcel reaches your door — we never ask for money before the parcel is on its way.

• No advance payment is needed to place an order. The full amount — item price plus the delivery charge — is paid to the delivery rider in cash.
• Please keep the exact amount ready if you can. Riders carrying only bKash or Nagad cannot always return change for large notes.
• If you would rather pay in advance, a bKash or Nagad transfer can be arranged on request. Message us on Messenger or WhatsApp with your order number and the payment screenshot.

Cash on delivery is our default and safest payment method — you only pay after you have seen and accepted the product.

Check Your Parcel in Front of the Delivery Man

This is the most important part of shopping with us, and every COD parcel supports it. You may open the parcel and check the product before you pay a single taka.

• Ask the rider to hand you the parcel, then open it there at the door.
• Check the piece against your order — size, colour, fabric, stitching, embroidery or print quality, and any manufacturing damage.
• If everything is right, pay the rider the item price plus the delivery charge.
• If the piece is not what you ordered, or you simply do not like it, hand the parcel straight back to the rider. Do not pay anything — not even the delivery charge.
• Refusing the parcel costs you nothing. There is no restocking fee, no return shipment and no penalty.

Your decision at the door is final. Once you have paid and taken the parcel this free check is over — the only option left afterwards is the narrow size or colour exchange described in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Delivery Charges

The delivery charge is calculated from your district at checkout, added to the order total, and paid to the rider in cash together with the item price.

• Inside Dhaka city: ৳80.
• Nearby districts — Gazipur, Narayanganj, Munshiganj, Narsingdi and Manikganj: ৳100.
• Anywhere else in Bangladesh: ৳130.
• Selected pieces ship free — when your bag contains one, the whole delivery line drops to FREE at checkout. The exact amount is always shown in your order summary before you place the order.

Delivery Time & Coverage

We deliver to all 64 districts through our courier partners.

• Inside Dhaka city: 24–48 hours (1–2 working days).
• Outside Dhaka: 3–5 working days.
• Orders placed after 4 PM are handed to the courier the next working day. Eid, Ramadan and public holidays can add a day or two.
• The rider calls or messages you before delivery. Please keep your phone handy — an unreachable number usually costs an extra delivery attempt.

Courier Partners

Orders are dispatched through verified Bangladeshi logistics partners.

• We currently ship with Pathao Courier, Steadfast Courier and RedX. Your parcel goes with whichever partner serves your district best.
• Cash on delivery charges are collected by the rider as part of the payment at the door.

If Your Parcel Cannot Be Delivered

Sometimes a rider cannot complete a delivery. It is not a purchase, and you do not owe anything.

• If the rider cannot reach you, they log a contact attempt and the parcel returns to us.
• Message or call us within 7 days and we will re-dispatch the parcel. A second attempt may carry a fresh delivery charge.
• Undelivered parcels are refunded in full to your bKash or Nagad number, or cancelled against store credit — your choice.

A refused parcel is not a return. Once a parcel has been delivered and accepted by you, this route closes and the Return & Exchange Policy applies instead.
