About These Terms

By browsing this site or placing an order with us, you agree to these terms, to our Privacy Policy and to our Return & Exchange Policy.

• AMRB Fashion House is a Bangladeshi clothing brand trading online and through social media. These terms apply to every order placed on this website and through our Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp.

Orders and Contract Formation

An order is a request to buy. The contract is formed only once we confirm it.

• We confirm every order by phone, SMS or message before dispatch. If we cannot reach you, or the item turns out to be out of stock, the order is cancelled and nothing is charged.
• If you cancel before dispatch the order is simply void — there is no charge and no cancellation fee.
• We may decline or cancel an order where the delivery address is incomplete or undeliverable, where an order appears to be a resale attempt, or where a pricing error is discovered.

Prices and Availability

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include applicable VAT.

• Prices and stock can change without notice, but the price that applies is the one shown on the order you placed and that we confirmed.
• Product photography is as accurate as we can make it. Screens render colour differently, so a small difference between the photo and the cloth is not a fault.

Cash on Delivery Obligations

Cash on delivery is a commitment from you as much as from us.

• You agree to pay the item price and the delivery charge in cash to the delivery rider when your parcel arrives.
• Repeatedly refusing parcels without a reason after ordering can lead us to block your number from future orders.
• Forged, reversed or invalid advance payments are not accepted, and the order is held until the payment clears.

Delivery, Risk and Ownership

Risk passes to you at the door, not before it.

• The parcel is covered by the courier while in transit. Risk and responsibility pass to you when you accept the parcel from the rider — the same moment you decide whether to keep it.
• Delivery estimates are estimates. Delays caused by weather, strikes, political disruption, epidemics or force majeure are outside our responsibility, and we are not liable for consequential loss.

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Our returns model is exchange-only after delivery, and that is deliberate.

• You decide at the door during cash on delivery. Once you accept the parcel, products are non-returnable and only a size or colour exchange may be possible — subject to stock and to an advance delivery charge.
• No cash refunds are given after acceptance, with one exception: a parcel we could not deliver is refunded in full.

Product Content and Fair Use

The photography on this site shows real garments, but they are styled and lit for the camera.

• You may not use our photographs, videos, copy or product data commercially, or to build a competing store, without written permission.
• Reviews and photos you publish must be your own work. Do not upload anything unlawful, misleading, or belonging to someone else.

Governing Law and Changes

These terms are written for Bangladeshi customers.

• These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh and the courts of Dhaka have jurisdiction over any dispute. We will always try to settle a problem with you directly first.
• We may update these terms as our delivery or exchange process changes. The version on this page applies to every order placed after the date shown at the top.
